The UdeSA - Mercado Libre Real Estate Market Indicators are monthly indicators tracking sale prices (in USD per m²) and rental prices (in pesos) for residential and commercial properties in Argentina. 
Built from listing data on Mercado Libre, they are disaggregated by geographic zone —AMBA (by municipality and Buenos Aires City neighborhood), Córdoba, Rosario, and other provincial capitals— and by property type (houses, apartments, offices). Published monthly since January 2018.
